That's so cool that your dad has worked for the same company for 40 years! My mom and dad were married in July of 1972, I'll have to ask her if she remembers some of this! ;)

Ok, the costs in 72 were INSANE! It makes me wonder what things will be like in 20 years from now. It's a scary thought. I really want gas prices to go back to $.36/gallon! DANG!

Congrats! I wish not only that we could go back to those prices, I wish that we could go back to the simpler times. Our bills wouldn't really be that bad if we didn't have to have every channel on cable, smart phones, internet, laptops, etc. We have come a long way, but it's not necessarily better! Haha.
